Agile Coach


Company Description

I am currently working with one of world's largest online gaming companies that are looking for a Product Owner to join the expanding team. This company have hubs in Gibraltar, Spain and the UK, with over 400 employees, and work with more than 15 million customers worldwide.

Position
The Agile Coach serves as an evangelist and accelerator for the adoption of agile ways of working within the organisation and across departments. They provide training and coaching to build team's maturity in agile approaches, measure progress and empower teams to overcome obstacles and deliver business value whilst achieving company and team objectives, drive continuous improvements and champion agile to stakeholders.


Accountabilities

*Train, mentor and coach individuals and teams (including scrum masters & product owners) in aspects related to ways of working in agile in order to facilitate the adoption and improvement in agile methodologies, values and principles.
*Assess and enhance team agility and maturity by developing coaching plans and conducting maturity assessments.
*Establish and ensure adoption of agreed standards, agreed ceremonies, and agreed best practices for agile ways of working in the methodology adopted in the team/domain.
*Challenge existing workflows, processes, value delivered and remove impediments to agile teams' success.
*Establish and empower team contribution to OKRs in alignment with EMs.
*Participate in the identification, collection, and reporting of agile practice metrics and measurements to track progress.
*Assist with establishing communities of practice and developing a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
*Keep up to date with corporate policies, practices, and escalate any deviation from policies.


Measures of Success

*Trainings, mentoring and coaching plans are identified, documented and organised both internal and external and success is measured (what impact has).
*Success of adoption of agile improvements are identified, monitored and tracked.
*Team agile metrics are defined, tracked and improvement plan in place.
*Effective team attributes are defined, teams understand it, process in place to track, and improvement plans are in place.
*Effective agile ceremonies, standard and practises are in place.
Zero delays in delivery due to cross teams (internal and external) misalignment.
*Team contribution to OKRs are tracked, documented and presented regularly.
*Agile community is established.
*Teams understand and follow the corporate policies.
*The team/domain is aligned and have clarity of their goals.
*Business value delivered by teams/domain tracked and monitored regularly.


Requirements
