Project/Department Description and Responsibilities: The COCOM GGC is currently looking for a Master Data Manager Vaccination who will act as a 'gatekeeper' of all the master data: keeps the list of all collectivities / groups, their contact persons, the number of people (to be) vaccinated, the priority of each of the groups and where every person fits in. These master data are the basis to plan the vaccination, to input data into VaccinNet, to keep track of the coherence between the different questions from different organisations/sectors. Primary Tasks & Responsibilities: * Assure the data governance function * Help holds the data stewardship team accountable * Help data gathering consolidation and preparation for the data initiatives * Report to N+1 (in a non-technical language) the issues & evolutions in progress * Help the end customer install, configure, and/or maintain the data management solution * Assure well follow-up in the data gathering, management, analysis and other initiatives taken Secondary Tasks and responsibilities: - Stakeholder management - Reporting & Administration Technical profile requirements: ▪ +3y of Data Management experience ▪ Good presentation and communication skills ▪ Agile minded ▪ Expert knowledge/experience in data files / structures, data reporting and it's tools * Expert knowledge of in any data orchestration/scheduling tool * Good knowledge of business analytics and data science principle * Good knowledge of data analytics * Good knowledge of data gathering Non-Technical profile requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision - Quick learner, motivated self-starter - Result oriented & customer centred - Structured / Organized - Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills - High accountability and team spirit values - Very stress and pressure resistant, able to work in indistinct circumstances - Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills - Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Methodology/Certification requirements Master's Degree OR equivalent through experience.
Languages: - Perfectly bi-lingual (FR+NL) is a must - Very good knowledge of ENG
