I have recently been approached by one of my global clients and they have asked for me to help them in their search for an experienced Director/ Business Partner who will act as the relationship manager for IT, interacting with the Issuer Solutions International Markets Executives; consulting with the President and their leadership team to understand their goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for the following:
*Overseeing the technology delivery roadmap associated with the International Issuing business, bringing visibility to region success measures and achievement against those.
*Building relationships. Serving as the primary engagement point between the business leadership team and IT; nurturing key business relationships to build trust, credibility and rapport to enable effective communications and collaboration between IT and the Business
*Making it easy to do business with IT and provide the Issuing business with the highest level of IT service possible.
*Understanding the business needs. Partnering with business and technology representatives to understand business strategies, priorities, and needs and correspondingly IT's ability to deliver solutions for those needs. Additionally, assist in extracting the business benefits/value associated with desired IT investments (quantifiable and qualitative measurements of success). Defining the high-level requirements to achieve the prioritized business objectives using IT services.
You must have the following experience:
*Experience working in the payments industry
*10+ years of experience in project and program management
*Experience interacting with a range of different C-Suite stakeholders
This role is a remote position and candidates should be from the UK and Ireland. You will responsible for managing your own time and must be able to attend the London/ Belfast/ Dublin office for meetings.
In regards to overall package, this position is paying a highly competitive salary/ bonus and the option for equity shares.
