You will be given the option to focus on leading projects exclusively or have the opportunity to also line manage a team of talented professionals. As the Project Lead, you will conceptualise, design and implement health economic models and oversee the cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses. Other responsibilities also include managing the proposal writing process, reviewing and finalising deliverables, and maintaining good relationships with clients. My client is also looking for someone that can take on the responsibility of mentoring/guiding team members throughout the duration of projects.
Qualifications:
* PhD, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Biostatistics or related field.
* 7+ year's experience working in pharmaceuticals or consulting firms
* Experience working in health economics - has developed models for HTA submissions and has further supported reimbursement processes
* Proven track record in business development
* Experience leading cross-functional project teams
