Mission Overview
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors (HR Core) to support the "OneSAP+ HR Core" product team. This role focuses on analyzing, developing, and optimizing HR processes and tools used across the group. You will work closely with HR teams in Belgium (Brussels) and occasionally with counterparts in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate business requirements.

Design and optimize HR processes and ensure alignment across teams.

Identify and troubleshoot system bugs, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

Perform data analyses to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Translate business requirements into user stories and define acceptance criteria.

Validate technical specifications and ensure the proposed IT solutions meet business needs.

Develop and execute test scenarios; support testing and acceptance processes.

Prepare and facilitate workshops and training sessions with business users.

Advise the Product Owner on prioritization and planning of product developments and enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills
โœ… Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR-related projects
โœ… Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including:

Mandatory: Employee Central

Plus at least two additional modules (excluding Learning)
โœ… Proficient in English, and fluent in Dutch and/or French
โœ… Excellent analytical and communication skills
โœ… Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
โœ… Experience with process modeling and optimization

Nice to Have
Knowledge of SAP HR (on-premise)

Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect

Background in HR digital transformation or large-scale HR IT implementations

Additional Information
Work Location: Brussels (occasional travel to Berlin may be required)

A valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium are required.

Purchasing & Contract Conditions:

Applicable conditions will depend on where the purchase order (PO) is created.

For Belgian POs, the General Purchasing Conditions dated 01.09.2015 apply.

For German POs, the Elia Group General Purchasing Conditions (July 2021 version) will apply.

Flexibility is required in case of a PO location switch.
