Our water utility client requires a Customer Services Advisor for the Operations Contact Centre
The role is based in Redhill. Reporting to the Network Operations Contact Centre Manager

This is a key role in the Network Contact Centre Team to ensure that the customer complaints are resolved promptly to the customer's satisfaction and your duties will include providing advice. The Customer Services Advisor will support in these areas.

*Billing and collection of water, wastewater and non-core charges
*Leakage, high consumption, consistency and quality of supply, and the effect of Company work in the public domain
*New or replacement connections to the water network
*Any issues with water supplies that will impact the customer

You will also need to work collaboratively with other departments, direct field teams, and contracted service providers regarding all aspects of operational, maintenance and customer issues.

The best Customer Services Advisors are great listeners who are self-motivated, eager to learn and work well in teams.

Salary and Rota

*Salary of up to £26,000 per annum DOE
*8am till 5pm, (2-week rota i.e.. 8.00 - 16.30 in week 1 and 8.30- 17.00 in week. Repeat)
