I am currently partnering with a client who are recruiting for a Support Analyst on an initial 3 month contract. This role will be working on a Customer site and therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
You will responsible for:
- Providing support across Desktop, Server and VOIP/Mobile s
- Providing 1st/2nd line support across multiple platforms. Any experience
- Experience providing support on customer sites.
You must have the following experience:
- Extensive Networks experience
- Mobile experience
- Server experience
- Experience of IT Equipment including PCs, Printers, MFDs, VOIP PABX
This role is paying an hourly rate of between £15.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience.
