OPPORTUNITY

My client is looking for a new Reporting Director to work on one of their latest and most exciting clients! This is an opportunity to work on a global disruptive brand, a real "people business" and be part of a team leading the change and driving businesses into the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate's objective will be to support in managing, operating and scaling the Centralised Reporting Solution (Datorama) in the following key areas:
1)Increase adoption of Datorama within business and ensure it's the single source of truth of data
2)Providing internal teams with automated dashboards to eliminate the need for any manual Excel reporting freeing up their time to focus on higher-value tasks
3)Training and documentation so all end users are comfortable using the platform and are kept up-to-date on any new features
The Reporting Director will need to primarily manage the existing Reporting Team
*Day-to-day support for members of the Reporting team who are based in both the UK and India
*Responsible for building data and analytics strategies, measurement frameworks, analytics models & setting measurement KPIs for campaigns and business goals.
*Together with the program manager develop project plans and roadmaps for any dashboard builds, have oversight of the development and internal sign-off of the dashboards before they're rolled out to end users.
*Work closely with supporting departments including Data Governance teams to develop and optimise processes to ensure that accurate data flows into Datorama
*Build close relationship with Datorama and push them to make new features available within the platform that'll take our reporting to the next-level
*Integrate data components into a fully functional dashboard environment within Datorama
*Develop new reporting requirements and analysis, building on the depth of central data available
*Provide POV on Datorama best practices (MCC, exchange rate, dashboard performance)
*Responsible for setting the annual Data and analytics roadmap and deliverables

THE PERSON

*Experience of using Datorama to build dashboards and a clear understanding of the development project life cycle, from gathering requirements to the roll out to end users
*Minimum 4 years of experience within a media agency
*Minimum 3 years minimum managing a reporting team responsible for reporting across programmatic, search and social platforms and across multiple markets
*Possesses a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with senior/executive level client contacts.
*Be comfortable delivering work to a senior audience and be a self-motivated operator.
*Experience with delivering complex technical content to large groups, in a coherent, accessible and inspiring way.
*Has the ability to grow client relationships through new strategies and innovative ideas
