I am currently partnering with a client who are recruiting for an Education Architect on an initial 3 month contract. This role will be based in London on a hybrid basis and the successful candidate will need to be happy to attend site 3 days per week.
My client is currently undergoing a global transformation and as part of its re-alignment of its commercial operating model will be rolling out a shared CRM/OMS platform. In order to support rollout and successful adoption, they are looking for a strong education specialist with a track record in managing/delivering large software based change programs. Ideally the successful candidate's experience will include where change has brought together disparate teams onto a new technology and digital transformation projects.
Duties will include:
Develop educational approach and strategy in conjunction with Change Management
Work closely with user teams to confirm user stories and translate into Training Needs Analysis
Design Training Plan and develop training curriculum aligned with technical and change management plan
Be the UK Training Instructor and deliver training both in class and remote
Other duties as required
Proven experience as instructional design and training lead on transformation initiatives including technology platform rollouts
Experience training on sales planning and fulfilment systems such as Salesforce and/or financial systems
Experience of applying e-learning and instructor led training principles, methodologies & tools on global programs
Hands on experience developing training materials for the right medium, format and delivery method
Expertise in elearning tools such as UPK, Captive, Camtasia etc
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
