We are looking for an experienced Genomics Data Scientist with experience of one of more areas of human DNA analysis (e.g., rare disease, genomics) and the processing and analysing of whole genome data. The role also requires understanding and knowledge of statistics and machine learning, with competence in both R and Python.

Additional Requirements and Qualifications
*Knowledge in cancer genomics, approaches to call somatic variation and interpreted cancer genomes
*Experience with full cycle of analysing NGS data
*PhD with experience of working within rare disease or cancer bioinformatics/Computational Biology or equivalent
*Strong analytical skills such as background in Mathematics/Physics
*Experience working with workflows such as WDL or CWL
