Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven Track record working as a Help desk Engineer
- Experience providing remote support
- Extensive trouble shooting skills
- Proficient with resolving OS errors, network connectivity, virus/spyware infestations, and Internet communication problems.
- Used to speaking with customers via phone, or email.
- Confident with Microsoft operating systems and Office products
- Would be beneficial to have previous experience working within Healthcare.
