I am partnering with a client who has a very exciting opportunity for an IT Transition Lead. This role will be a Hybrid position and you will be required to attend the client's site in Derby on a weekly basis.
Duties will include:
Responsible for the full end to end Service Transition process such as IT services, operating models, etc
Stakeholder Management
Follow standard techniques to assess and scale and ultimately agree a tailored transition journey balancing the IT delivery outcomes
Managing the process to obtain formal confirmation that service acceptance criteria have been met Coordinates inputs, outputs and deliverables throughout the Service Transition Lifecycle
Skills/Experience:
Good knowledge of the exploitation of Service Management tooling, such as ServiceNow, and IT Event Management tools as part of transition into support.
Full understanding of IT Service Management disciplines, Integration and toolsets
Able to build strong and effective work relationships throughout
