A Requirement Manager covering New Product Introduction and strategic product development for off highway OEM is needed for this exciting contract role.
Five years' experience in NPI or strategic product development of electric power applications from off highway, mining, agriculture is preferred.
The team defines develops and maintains current and future products with the intent to build on and grow the success of the product range in the market.
A strong sense of accountability and excellent communication skills are needed to define future product range, meeting customer and market requirements.
What's needed
* Project Management skills required - 5 years plus.
* Experience in strategic product development projects or new product introduction
* Possibly a background in NPI of electric power applications
* Ability to translate complex requirements and define solutions and routes to market
* High levels of prioritisation, organisation, and planning skills
* Capability to influence and work through others to deliver an offering
* Understanding of marketing aspects
* Experience with large engines is extremely advantageous. E.G. off highway, mining, preferred. Possibly a background from Automotive or aerospace.
