Our client in the Insurance Sector is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead and manage one or more high-impact programs spanning multiple domains. The role entails overseeing concept development, implementation, and evaluation while aligning with the company's internal governance frameworks and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

You will play a pivotal role in managing timelines, scope, budget, quality, risks, and cross-functional teams - ensuring seamless delivery of complex initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap encompassing multiple projects.

Ensure effective people management across interdisciplinary teams.

Define and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Allocate tasks and responsibilities across project teams.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery.

Clarify and communicate project scope and technical synergies across sub-projects.

Guarantee adherence to standards, processes, and best practices.

Lead and coordinate internal teams and/or external contractors.

Propose innovative technical solutions aligned with project goals.

Report status updates, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders and the Program Manager.

Establish a continuous project review and improvement process based on lessons learned.

Contribute to organizational knowledge through the development of a "learning school"-formalizing tools and expertise used across domains.

Secondary Responsibilities

Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management in the IT sector.

Hands-on experience with Planview, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

Strong familiarity with enterprise governance tools.

ITIL Certified with at least 5 years of practical experience.

SAFe Certified Consultant.

Agile mindset, ideally with experience in IBM-oriented environments.

Certified in PRINCE2, PMI, or an equivalent project management methodology.

Fluent in French (FR) and Dutch (NL).

Good working knowledge of English (ENG).
