I am currently partnering with a Global client who are recruiting for a Scope & Integration Management Specialist to provide expertise to support Project Management. This is a 12 month initial contract based in London (there may be an element of hybrid working but candidates must be prepared to be onsite in London as the role dictates).
Duties will include:
Preparing, implementing and maintaining the scope management plan and the project scope statement.
Defining, establishing & maintaining the scope and scope baseline.
Creating, implementing and maintaining the change management plan.
Implementing an integrated change control process to systemically document and manage change requests.
Facilitating workshops & meetings
Preparing relevant reports within scope, change and interface management disciplines to support project decision making.
This role will suit a candidate with hands-on experience driving a change management process - where you own the process and the tools (both defined already) and facilitate the process, but you're not the decision maker in the changes. You should be a strong facilitator/process owner with the personality to drive the work independently. It's a project management support function - not a project manager position.
