Service Description
The Knowledge & Competence Department, created within the P²MO division, ensures that Engineering staff possess the necessary skills to meet current and future infrastructure challenges. The department works closely with Business Units, Asset teams, and the Academy to develop and maintain critical competencies.
Mission
As Support Knowledge & Competence, you will play a central role in implementing activities related to knowledge management and skills development across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Talent Development & Training Paths
Update learning content with content owners
Plan training sessions and follow the roadmap with the Academy
Knowledge Management
Create and maintain competence frameworks (technical, non-technical, soft & hard skills)
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with HR, L&D, Safety, and the Academy on all learning & development matters
Central Governance
Monitor documents, processes, tools, and training related to competencies
Analysis & Reporting
Produce statistics and dashboards for the Infrastructure population
Required Profile
Education
Master's degree or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a technical environment
Key Skills
Project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong safety and quality mindset
Autonomy, rigor, and ability to work independently
Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Knowledge of LMS and e-learning platforms (asset)
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Languages
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken & written)
