I am currently working for a large organisation based in Peterlee who are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator/ Administrator to join on a 12 month initial contract based in Peterlee where you will be providing administration and delivery support to the learning and development team.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining training records using the learning management system including monitoring of any employee learning agreements
- Provide support to teams to effectively implement training matrices to manage core contractual, regulatory and mandatory requirements
- Support the Learning and Development in the delivery of training courses during busy periods
You must have the following experience:
- Experience working with a Learning management system
- A knowledge of windows (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Experience of training delivery
