WHAT THE ROLE IS
We are seeking an individual with a skill set across sales and client relationship management to join a growing IT staffing team. We work across Software Development, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Project Management, Cyber Security and Digital and it would be advantageous if you have prior knowledge of one of these sectors. We operate as a supportive and inclusive team from differing backgrounds and we appreciate that our diversity makes us a stronger team. We have a great team atmosphere with lots of cross selling, cooperation and regular training. Your role will include taking responsibility for developing and growing fee income for a designated vertical. We pride ourselves on our proactive client development focused work but also have inbound work called in too. Your experience will include:
-At least 2 years operating as an IT recruitment consultant in an agency environment.
-A track record of winning new business as well as expanding business and services within existing clients.
- A commitment to working collaboratively with the wider teams to ensure our ongoing collective success.
- IT recruitment experience, we are open to considering all areas within IT.
-You will show a desire to work in a consultative value add environment
