Our client in the Banking Sector is looking for an experienced Developer to join the Business Partner Solutions Department within the Finance Transversal Solution & Control division. The successful candidate will work within the End User Solutions team, acting both as a Developer and Business Analyst. Your work will contribute directly to the simplification of the Finance architecture landscape, aligned with the strategic goals of the Plan 2026 project.

Your Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis & Implementation:

Analyze and implement new functional requirements from finance users and external stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to ensure accurate solution delivery.

Solution Design:

Perform technical analysis and compare possible alternatives.

Document chosen solutions in detailed solution documents.

Continuous Improvement:

Propose and implement improvements to existing tools, procedures, and processes with a focus on simplification and performance enhancement.

Support & Documentation:

Provide user support for production issues and inquiries.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.

Deliver training and guidance to users regarding tools and implemented changes.

Flexibility:

Be responsive and adaptable when urgent production issues arise.

Your Profile
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT.

At least 6 years of hands-on experience with:

SQL Server, Data Modeling, Query Tuning (including PL-SQL, SSIS, SSAS).

.NET development - particularly C#, WPF, and GIT.

Ability to develop complex SQL queries.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access and Advanced Excel (including pivot tables and macros).

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or DataIQ.

Exposure to new technologies, including Python or AI-based tools, is a plus.
