Our client in the Energy Sector is a leading player in the civil construction industry, known for delivering complex infrastructure projects with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. To support their ongoing growth, the Infrastructure Department is looking for a precise and proactive HR Officer to manage and streamline administrative HR processes.
Your Responsibilities
As HR Officer, you will support the HR Business Partner and the broader Infrastructure team in a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
Managing and following up on personnel files (contracts, extensions, internal transfers, etc.)
Handling absences, sick leave, and vacations within the HR system
Preparing onboarding and offboarding documentation
Assisting with payroll preparation in collaboration with the payroll team
Keeping employee data up to date in Workday
Tracking employee training and certifications
Acting as the first point of contact for employees with administrative HR questions
Serving as the HR contact for Dutch-speaking Infrastructure colleagues
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Office Management, or have equivalent experience
You have at least 4 years of experience in an administrative HR role
You are accurate, structured, and discreet in your work
You are proficient in using HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an asset)
You are comfortable with the full Microsoft Office suite
You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good command of English
You are hands-on, independent, and customer-oriented
