๐ฏ Service Overview: Program Management - Controlling & Infrastructure Transformation
With a growing CAPEX investment portfolio, the Program Management service is leading a strategic transformation in the way infrastructure and controlling projects are approached. This service focuses on:
Cost Estimation & Assessment: Refining pricing methodologies, implementing index-based contracts, and enhancing market intelligence.
Cost Transparency: Ensuring full visibility over cost evolution during project lifecycles.
Performance & Efficiency: Strengthening governance (e.g., four-eyes principle) and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
๐ Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a realistic and effective transformation roadmap.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment between program results and strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with the IT division to integrate digital solutions into the program.
Oversee a portfolio of transversal projects by coordinating with project managers, stream leads, and business stakeholders.
Lead strategic committees and key governance forums.
Drive project teams towards achieving their objectives on time and within scope.
Ensure change management is effectively embedded: storytelling, communication strategies, and impact assessments.
Communicate proactively on risk, status, and progress through clear and structured reporting.
โ Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years in project and program management is mandatory.
Education: Degree in industrial, commercial, or civil engineering - or equivalent experience.
Background: Experience in controlling and infrastructure project environments is a strong asset.
Skills:
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Affinity with digitalization and IT tools.
Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized.
Able to navigate and influence decision-making processes effectively.
